My family has always been passionate about capturing precious moments. I started out taking photos of my friends with disposable film cameras in 1st grade. Over the years, I developed my skills and won a local nature photography contest while in high school. While studying in college I took on the role of lead student photographer for the Division of Communications at Eastern Michigan University. I met and fell in love with my partner, Benjamin, who was also a student photographer. I love checking out new parks and nature areas, camping, concerts, running and meeting new people! I have two cats, Gimli & Silva.
